The way of claim solution

When solving a possible claim, our company respects the following principles:

• the claim must be solved by return, namely by the exchange of a piece against a piece (the quantity of claims is so insignificant, that we can take the liberty of this approach
• a claim has to be finished within 48 hours at the latest (on weekdays) upon receipt of defective piece
• to inform about the results of an analysis always in written, namely within 10 days upon acceptance of claimed product at the latest
• in case of a repeated defect to analyze and remove the problem directly on site or by the end user
• the obligation to deal even with the smallest claim

CUSTOMER’S OBLIGATIONS

• the customer has to inform about the claim immediately upon he has discovered the defect

• the water-meter installation has to be done by competent and qualified persons
